WEB 2.0 TOOLS PROJECT

This Web 2.0 Project was no walk in the park, especially for those who have never done anything like this before. It had taken me the longest time to figure out exactly what to do and how to do it. First, I decided that my story was going to be on a prior vacation rather than a company, which was for me to show people a part of my life instead of an "idea." Drawing the storyboard did take some time, and I ended up using Microsoft Word because of my inability to draw at all. Afterwards, I chose Slide for my story because I wanted to incorporate a slide show of me and my girlfriend's photo's from our trip to Orlando, Florida with music. I like that people have the ability to leave comments on your story so you get more outside perspective.

Overall, I actually ended up enjoying the project because I learned so many new things. It was interesting to learn about all of the Web 2.0 Tools there are and how you can apply them to so many things. I never thought that I would ever incorporate these tools in means of interpreting my personal life. I know my topic was not business related, but I feel that due to everything that I have learned from this project, I can now apply in the future, especially business. Having the ability to create your personal advertising, presentations, and projects at no price would inevitably increase potential sales of a business. The cycles that are used in creating your end result are the necessities in which your ideas strategically come to life, because poor planning equals poor results.
